first day

It was my first day where I first got to the point where I needed to find some sport I could start on, as I'm only studiying the healt not actully so actif I choose some of the popular form of sport, I started with pilates.. It was fun and some of the things where hard, but half an hour flew away because it was really fun to use my body in a whole new way... But let me honest it reminded me kind of yoga but not to much either.. But some exercises could I remember from my earlier days as a yogi smiley.gif
